YUMMIE DELITE provides healthy meals, prepared using high quality ingredients, under hygienic environment and served fast, based on a central theme of Basmati Rice, Noodles, Spaghetti and Swallow. The meals cater for variety of clients and are delivered hot , fresh and faster than other fast food outlets in Nigeria, Our dishes are cooked to order, not assembled to order.
Yummie Delite Limited is a limited liability company under the Corporate Affairs Commissions of Nigeria, established in 2013. The company presently has two sections of business “Yummie Delite” which provides high quality meals for variety of health conscious clients; while “Yummie Care” manages bulk orders, catering and events.
Yummie Delite meals are prepared in a central location and provided to clients on demand, through a “Take Away” delivery system.

Mr. Etuk Akanimoh Edem
After working and managing different successful restaurants in Victoria Island and lekki, Lagos for six (6) years, Mr. Etuk Akanimoh Edem started MC Christy Noodles basically running take-away prepared noodles only.
After one year of managing and successfully running the business, they both decided to incorporate the business with the name – Yummie Delite Limited, which gave birth to the brand names “Yummie Delite” and “Yummie Care”.
C.E.O/Managing Director has run successful restaurant businesses with broad management and operation skills.
He has a wide range of experience in hospitality field, having worked for six years and managed a couple of outfits ranging from Club Jonzin-Floor manager, Bhive- Manager and Embassy Court Hotels- Manager.
He holds a Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship; Diploma in Aspiring Entrepreneurship-FATE Foundation, a Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA), he is currently running some advance programs in leadership, business and management’s studies. He is responsible for operations, marketing and administration of the business.
Mrs. Etuk, Christiana
Director/Managing Director. She is a professional chef. Has a vast knowledge in hospital catering business having worked for about four years in the hospitality industry;.
she has worked with Maroccaine Restaurant and Bar, VI.
Has a Diploma in business administration- Lagos State Polytechnic, LASPOTECH, Diploma in Catering and Hotel Managements- Nigeria Opportunity Industrialization Center NOIC, Gbagada.
She is responsible for preparing and managing customers demand.
